Operational suggestions:

1. After collecting blood from a cow's tail, leave it indoors for 2 hours to wait for serum to precipitate. When the temperature is low, the rate of serum precipitation is slow.

2. When dropping serum into the S-well, only 2 drops are needed (do not drop too much).

3. When dropping serum, operate at room temperature and do not operate in areas with temperatures too low or too high.

4. The very light color of the T-line also indicates that the cow is pregnant (when the concentration of glycoprotein is low, the T-line color is light)

5. Please make sure to check the results in 15 minutes (suggest 15-20 minutes)
