Temperature Measurement Method:

1. Take the temperature between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM on the designated date, after milking and before feeding. Avoid excessive drinking, strenuous activity, sun exposure, heat stress, and fever, as these factors affect body temperature.

2. Maintain the same time frame for each temperature measurement to ensure the cow is in a consistent physiological state.

3. Insert the thermometer into the rectum to the same depth each time, measuring the same site.

4. Use the same thermometer each time to avoid thermometer errors.

5. Enter the measured temperature into the system within 10 minutes; do not delay.

6. Disinfect the thermometer before and after each measurement.
